“Satisfied with whole experience” Nice experience across the board, easy to order and was happy woth the product that I ordered. Would definitely order from them again.
“Baseball pants” Had to order baseball pants because they didn't have softball pants in a large enough size. The baseball pants are too big so I am spending extra money to have them altered because it was cheaper than returning the pants

“great service and products but...” I would give them 5 stars but every time I order something there is an issue. I tend to write them off instead of dealing with return/exchange. One time the shorts w/pockets I ordered had some without pockets. No biggie except to a teenager. This time the shirts I ordered all of the neck sizes were different even though they were the same A3XL- again, we will deal with it. Overall this is a great site and will continue to order and recommend them.
“I like the product.” The products I ordered we're very good quality. However trying to reach the address verification department was very hard to do. It delayed the delivery of my order by 5 days.

“Great Sevice!” I was desparate for some baseball pants for my son. I didn't realize the pants ordered with the team were sized wrong (through another company). Two days before his firs game, I order pants from Epic. I had them sent next day delivery. We recieved the on time and the fit was great. Plus, the pants were a lot cheaper than the original pants ordered.
