“good products and good prices.” Overall, this website is great. Their prices are great, the shipping is reasonable, and the turnaround time is good. I've place 11 orders through Epic this year and had only 1 problem. The only knock is their follow-up to the problem was non-existent. They never even called or emailed. Luckily, it was only a baseball belt and it only was $2.19; however, still follow-up. I've done business with them since and will continue to do so.
“Item delivered sooner than promised.” The item was delivered sooner than promised which was a bonus, but it was just stuffed haphazardly in a shipping bang, without care.
“Fast Delivery” Once I figured how to order on line, my delivery was fast and product was as described. The website was a little difficult to navigate and I kept losing sale prices.
“The right product at the best Price” Went looking for this item and it was cheapest here. Shipping took a little while but it was well worth it.
“Excellent Product and Delivery” Great prices and fast delivery. Ordered from the closet out it shipped within a day and at my door two days later.
“Exactly as Described!” The picture was accurate online and the colors on the hat are perfect. I wasn't sure how the monogramming would turn out but it's just what I was looking for. Expectations were made clear upfront so I had no surprises. They also have great customer service!
“Great Product!” Received it before expected and its just what I ordered! The item was very decently priced, and the vibrant color I was looking for and expecting based on the online pictures.
“Pants” Great pants. I love their gear. Always low price and great quality have gotten lots of stuff always shipped right away.
“Friendly phone service and fast shipping of product.” Customer support was great, they dug in their system to find orders from others in our club to make sure that I ordered the right product. Then when I ordered the online system worked like a charm and I received my orders in about 5 working days. Great job Epic.
