Shipping costs for Epic are somewhat out of line. The cost of the items particularly on clearance are outstanding. USPS bulking rate shipping is $3.00 less than the lowest charge on the shipping list. I guess the "handling" portion of shipping and handling is a profit center for Epic. They have some unique items that other sites don't have.
The only issues I had was to undo what I did not want. When I clicked on adding print to jersey, I could not click again to make that go away. As I decided not to add print, I had to remove item from cart and add it again and the clicked on was still showing up. and also, when I reviewed my order before final submit, I wanted to remove an item and I did not get that option to edit my purchases.
Very Easy online process.
The site is easy to review and customer service replied to phone call in a timely manner. I just hope the web site is secure because I never order on line and would hate to regret my decision to do so. But all in all I like everything that you have to offer.
Great site with decent selections and offer of varying printing options which is great. They are definitely on the right track whenit comes to providing options for baseball and softball sports wear.

S/h is too high but need the socks for a fund raiser game i think that the s/h was too high
