“Perfect timing!” I placed my order and received the goods on time. Great price for replacement jerseys that I couldn't find anywhere else.
“Equipment a little cheap” I received my entire order. It was a little slow but the shipping price was a fraction of the competitors so it was worth it. It wasn't a rush order. The equipment I ordered is made of cheap material, but again, the price was right.

“Problem but resolved” We ordered two pair of baseball pants and batting gloves for my growing son. One pair of pants did not fit right and the gloves were too small. Had a little trouble finding out how to return / exchange items. Long story short, after email customer service I was able to return and order a new pair of gloves. Only suggestion I have is to add a link for returns/exchanges to the website so customer will be able to handle without waiting on email response.
