“Seriously Disappointed” I ordered a Christmas gift for my boyfriend on the 13th of December that was suppose to arrive at my door just in time for Christmas and December 20th. I kept tracking it and it still said "in progress". So I emailed to see if I could get the status of my order. “Shipping nightmare” I ordered a basketball for a gift on 12/13 and had confirmation that it would arrive before Christmas. For some reason, I received a call from the company saying that they needed to verify my credit card information after I made the order online.
