The price of the products was great, but the shipping cost were outrageous. Paying almost $13 for 10 products that totaled up to be $17 is crazy, especially whenever the product is very small and lightweight. The rest of my experience is good.
I ordered 2 visor hats that I wanted embroidered. I don't like that the only option for lettering size was 3/4". When you are only putting ONE word on the hat that ends up being small. Not sure I'm going to like it when I get it.
I had a question on a couple of products and delayed my order while waited a response to my internet inquiry; however, no one responded. I made another internet inquiry and again had no response which was very frustrating and disappointing. I finally called and after holding fora while, was able to speak to someone. Because of this, I almost id not place the order.
I think this is a great site for clothing at a very good price. Could not afford it otherwise. Thank you!
I loved Epic because I bought from them for soccer team equipment. However, I am no longer associated with that team. However, the occasional deal on big/tall shirts pops up from time to time, and it is a MUCH better deal than big/tall stores.
The prices can't be beat for quality merchandise.
