When Ordering it asked if i would be purchasing as a team. i have never seen that before and it was so easy and made it so much less stress on me with trying to make a deadline. it also gave me prices and what i can expect instead of surprises. I am already a huge fan. just waiting on the 2nd part which is delivery, accuracy, time, and product. i hope it all works out so that i can make this my #1 got to for sports for my leagues. Thank you.

I wanted to pay for 2-3 delivery but it was telling me that I would receive the item in approximately 2 weeks. Shipping rates kind of high. Fortunately and greatfully they informed me before the process was completed and allowed me to make that decision. Thanks for that. Their prices and merchandise are great. The site is great and the prices for the products are great too. the processing of the order is what has to be fixed, it takes too long to receive the order.

I was connected to a sales team expert over the phone. His attitude was very dry, dull and had a rude condescending feel to it, as if I wasn’t able to understand plain English. I could totally tell he was not smiling at all when speaking, just gave off a negative vibe. I was in a good mood before I spoke to him. What a downer that was!!

Website easy to use, great prices and convenient for quick turn around delivery (if they deliver by the date indicated on the order).

There should be a discounted or free shipping offer available after order reaches a particular amount. There are on line coupon offers for this company but apparently the coupons are no good because the company doesn't provide any coupons (it would be a nice customer appreciation gesture & also incentive to order more items if on line coupons were offered). Thank you.

This is my third order from Epic. The product is excellent. The price inexpensive. I feel shipping is slow. Shipping can be slow, I've ordered from Epic 3x, but the prices are excellent and so is the product.
