Ordered A large t shirt and received a real small T shirt They used to send me 3 shipments when I only ordered 1. This is why I originally quit using Epic. They blamed the shipment on my fault
Equipment for PE classes I have never had a bad experience ordering equipment before. We decided to try a new company because the past few years the company we had been using was sending cheap items that weren't lasting. When I initially tried to order from EPIC, it wouldn't accept the tax ID. Then items got lost. Luckily neighbors saw my post and realized it had been delivered to the wrong address. However, as a business, I would think customer service would have been kinder. I don't think we will order again.
Poor service lately I have ordered from this company for the past 2 years now and lately they are making so many mistakes. I made an order about a month ago for some 3X sized shirts, why did I receive a size small? Two weeks ago I ordered some shirts again, not only did they come a whole week late but the colors are so off. I ordered 2 white shirts and 2 lime green ones. Doesnt last long Jerseys looked good. Logos and numbers/characters fall off too easily. First game one of the logos was ripped off.
Horrible shipping and communication The shirts arrived THREE WEEKS after ordering when I was told it would be o e week. They are no longer needed.
Dissatisfied customer I'm very disappointed, I have not received over 220 dollars worth of merchandise I ordered the first time, I got a partial order, 4 shirts, Where is the rest of my order I placed on or about May 19 in the total amount of $ 269.29 that you got out of my checking account when I used my debit card ending in 8818! Today I got the second order stuff but missing over 90 percent of my first order also there was noodles packing slip or invoice in either delivery?
Service was great. Product was junk. Very easy to place order, quick shipping. Very impressed with how quickly I got my order. I was initially pleased with my products, branded them and gave them away. Less than 24 hours I started receiving calls about none of the zippers working. Since they are already branded and in different states, there's nothing I could do to fix them other than order from somewhere else and try again. Would try and buy a different product from this company though.
Frustration I received some other customers shipment and it took a long time for me to get the correct order delivered to my home. I took the liberty of sending the wrong shipment to the right customer and never got a thank you from epic. I also had to convince epic that I did this, and also still never received my own shipment. This was not cool and I had to do it all via email which was even more frustrating.
