Almost a hit Product was delayed a week, no reason given and was also not the color that was shown on the web site. Too late to return and get new uniforms before needed so I just have to adjust. I guess you get what you pay for. When you need stuff real bad you can get real bad stuff.
Very slow shipping time It took approximately 3 weeks to receive my order, putting my customer in a bind!
Site accuracy I have shopped with you for years, this is the first time I have ever experienced this… Your inventory states 100s of units in stock on line but then when we order and run through the whole process and you take the money, you send an email saying "items out of stock", order again if you want to try it all over again yet you won't fix your site to not allow an order to be placed when things are not really in stock! The hat was nice,but way too small. Every thing was fine i just need a bigger hat.if i could return the one i could return the one i have every thing would be great.
Get a new supplier The XXL Shorts were extremely tight in the waist. And the XL sweatshirt was equally small fitting. Never had a problem in the past with any of your sizing. It appears that you have gone to a different supplier. I wouldn't be surprised if others had the same complaint. I gave the sweatshirt away to charity without wearing it.
The quality has gone down We have ordered our uniforms for the past four years and have always been pleased. When our uniforms arrived this year, we noticed they were of lesser quality, and we ended up sending them back.
The worst experience ever. Please do not purchase from here if you want all the same color uniforms. I placed an order for 21 jerseys all needing cardinal as that was the only color that had smalls, mediums and larges. They sent me 11 maroons and 10 cardinals all in the same box. So I have 2 different colors for 1 team. They wouldn't let me exchange at all the systems was down or something. No one would get on the phone to speak to me.
