Epic Sports is a terrible supplier! Placed my second order but won't be any more I received a large order Three of the shirts had Ink stains, two of the shirts had dirt stains on the inside of the shirts, one of them looked like it had been dropped on the floor and walked on, and several of the shirts were poorly sewn (part of the shirt was pulled into the hem and sewn over) and a couple had crooked seams. Didn't receive what I ordered! I would give 0 stars if possible. I ordered cardinal red jerseys and received maroon/burgundy instead. No one was willing to help. You lost an 8 year customer through your horrible customer service.
Poor customer service I placed an order and paid extra for three day expedited shipping. Seven days later I still have not received my order. When I complained that the order would arrive too late for me to use their product and that I would like a refund for the expedited shipping fee this is the answer I received from customer service. I do apologize, I am unable to issue a refund for the missed ETA. We do not guarantee our delivery dates which is stated at the time of purchase when you select your shipping options.
Incompetent. Bad customer service. Made my order late for my customer They have horrible customer service. They have a chat feature and said I was connected to someone and they didn't respond to me for an hour. After placing my order and paying for faster shipping my order is still late due to them not getting it to ups on time. Horrible Horrible service We ordered some high school baseball uniforms, And when we got them they were the worst uniforms i have ever seen... Lettering was horrible, looked like Stevie Wonder did them... Called customer service and the were not helpful at all... I still haven't got my stuff I still haven't received my order I been looking for it for the longest but I still haven't received my things
Disappointed I received my order which was wrong. I ordered ladies softball pants but received knickers. When trying to contact customer service they directed me to the chat. Connected with the chat and this was something they couldn't do. I just wanted to exchange for the correct items. In the end, I returned them out of frustration and purchased elsewhere
Stained clothing I recently order referee uniforms. What a disappointment. First it is listed as " official uniform " but does not have the required logo to quality as " official uniform. The socks look like my grandma knit it! Absolutely terrible quality! The uniform shirt has all these dots and stains. Several emails later Cody the manager is still coming up with excuse... but no return or refund!
