Will steal your money on an exchange/return Ordered $200 worth of merchandise, the site sizing is not accurate and therefore needed to exchange 4 items. You can fill out a return listing exchanges, that you will pay your own shipping for, but they will process it only as a return with stocking fees. What they don't tell you is how much they will additionally withhold and they will refuse to provide an explanation. CAN'T RETURN PRODUCT I purchased a coat for my husband for Christmas, it does not fit. Too large, but sleeves too tight. I have tried to contact them for return, but keep getting automated emails. You can not speak with a person on the phone, they direct you to their website. I would not recommend this company
DO NOT USE I didn't get the shirt I ordered. Customer service was only a robot and said no refunds. I paid extra shipping too and the shirt wasn't even shipped by the arrival date, so it wasn't the fault of UPS, USPS, etc. I finally got a person but he said he was new orders only, I had to "talk' to the chat robot and he hung up on me. Inexcusable!
Fraudulent dont use this website! I paid $174 for and overnight order. Didn't receive my shirts at all. Had to go through hell just to get half my money back. Customer service at Epic Sports Awful service at customer service. If you receive a package and something is missing, they will not replace. No one wants to talk on phone, only email or chat. Same person in both and he refuses to replace missing Item. He blames UPS in our case. Not attacking the business, just the customer service rep.
Never buy windbreakers Ordered two small size windbreakers and received two small windbreakers size of XL. One of the windbreakers was not packaged nor had tags. I am assuming the unpackaged windbreaker was returned merchandise.
Restocking Charge This is supposed to be returned as I have made a return and a replacement. One more thing your customer service is a joke!
Poor customer service Epic does not stand behind the products they sell. They drop ship most items from the mfg. And you are at the mercy of the mfg for any warranty or shipping claims.
A2ful Awful. Customer service is barely resistant and would not help me with something that was tore up when received. After a little league was counting on them. Awful
