Worst ordering experience ever I paid $63 for one day shipping. It never came. When I checked the tracking it said it couldn't be delivered to my address. The order that I needed the shirts for had to be canceled so I lost money and they still have not refunded me my $167.00 even though I still haven't received any shirts its been a month. The package was returned to the send so I'm not sure why I have received my full refund. Do use this website its scamish

Print Quality I was very disappointed to see the font size on an Adult large shirt. The logo is the size to fit a youth small. Very dissatisfied with purchase. I will not be ordering anymore team gear. I would return the shirt but it will cost more money to send back.

Expedited Shipping Not The Case I paid for expedited shipping. It never showed. I called because tracking didn't show a location. The CSR couldn't pin point it either. He told me to reorder them to make sure I got them in time so I did and paid even more for expedited shipping and guess what, my first order showed up the next day. Even if I would have returned one of the packages it would have been on my dime because they said that can't guarantee expedited orders. Then why offer it? Not just bad customer service NO customer service You may think your buying from epic but thing again! They use drop shippers 3rd party suppliers. Epic does not honor warranties, exchanges or returns. It all must go through the 3rd party! If you insist on buying this way, use Amazon as they at least stand behind the product!

Read fine print if you can find it Dont order from Epic sports before asking questions about your purchase. They do not have anything close to fair customer service. They charge resocking fees for items they do not keep in the warehouse but also do not inform customers that the items they order are not stocked and from 3 party companies therefore charging a 20% restocking fee for returns or forcing you to make another purchase of greater value which makes no sense. What the crap? The price was right, ordered size XXL and received a L that was marked 2XL in Black marker BUMMER. Haven't had the chance to reach out and see if Epic sports will make it right.

Defective pants? Team pants arrived with the crotch extending to the knee. Won't be able to use these pants, and can't return due to clearance item. Better descriptions would have kept us from ordering these pants. Reluctant to do any further business with EPIC, unfortunately. Our other order was great. Disappointed.

Worst company EVER to do business with - BEWARE! I ordered a wet suit, which by design fit snugly. I followed the height and weight guidelines, ordering the correct size. When I received the wetsuit, I could not get it on, as the openings for the feet were too small and do not stretch enough to get my foot in it. I tried to return it, and was notified of a restocking fee. I told them the product is defective, and I should not pay a restocking fee (on TOP of a return shipping fee!).
