Poor customer service,very slow high priced shipping, deceitful Called to cancel my order that still had not shipped after 10 days. I called customer service and was told I could not cancel even thought they confirmed that it had not shipped and could not provide a tracking number They also could not give me a shipping date. Garments come with a "size chart" but then doesn't... Garments come with a "size chart" but then doesn't offer garments in all sizes on charts provides for the garments. Also when ordering I have received wrong garments and Epic Sports makes me jump threw a tone of hoops to actually get what I ordered. In fact the first time I called regarding wrong counts the customer service rep told me there was NOTHING they would do. I had to call again the next day and then take pictures of the garments before I was sent what I ordered.

The hats are garbage and the cost to return is completely ridiculous! This might be my last order if something isn’t done!

“I ordered 15 long sleeve tee shirts and received 14...” I ordered 15 long sleeve tee shirts and received 14 long sleeve and 1 short sleeve. Not good as I ordered this for a team warm-up shirt. My friend who is my JV coach had a similar problem a couple months ago and said he didn't get good customer service when trying to rectify his order, so to bypass the hassle of your customer service, I just ordered another long sleeve shirt. That shouldn't be, but that's what I did for the sake of time and headache.
