“The website experience is good” The website experience is good. I do not like not shipping to a PO Box. I think it is protection against package thieves. I work in a laboratory production setting during normal business hours, so I am not available to receive packages unless I take time off.

“Left us on the hook for over $600!” DO NOT purchase from EpicSports.com! Our son got new catching gear for Xmas from his grandparents that turned out too big. When I contacted them right after Xmas about exchanging to his size, they refused b/c the set was ordered 32 days prior and they have a 30 day return policy.
