“Long wait. Said they had stock but were back ordered” Took weeks past my expected date of delivery. One of the sizes of jerseys ordered was "back ordered". When I initially ordered the jerseys, the online engine told me they had hundreds in stock. Otherwise, the company is really not that bad. The prices are very fair. Service leading up to the purchase was good. Something to work on I guess.

“Everything was on point, besides you guys refuse to...” Everything was on point, besides you guys refuse to do delivered at PO Box. Lucky the items didn't got stolen or missing. So whoever came up with that ideal not to ship package to a PO Box deserve a 1 star. PO Box is more safe, secure and guarantee people will received their packages.

The picture of the jersey I purchased was a solid jersey and the jersey I received was a mesh jersey. They told me I need to read the description better and the person I spoke to was rude. Horrible company and customer service. We have used them for our little league jerseys as well and a lot of them came dirty and damaged. “Cart clears way too soon” Cart clears way too soon. Doesn’t give me chance to walk away before finishing my order. Put in order three times.
“Two orders placed for winter gear” Two orders placed for winter gear. Both noted by website to be available. Both times credit card was charged, and thereafter I was informed the items were unavailable. Then waited business days for the refund to show. Ultimately, time constraint was placed and a less attractive order was placed and fulfilled.
