“They ship the wrong item, blame it on you and their distributor” I ordered 25 shirts from Epic Sports in three different orders. (all within one week) All the shirts were prepackaged. Noticed one was missing. Contacted customer service, while not very polite, they did send the missing shirt. Blamed it on their distributor. “Awful customer service, best interest of customer not a priority” I've ordered before with epic sports. While their shipping process and email response can be slow and impractical for the consumer I've received my orders. This last order I made will be my last!! I received incorrect items not ordered and when trying to expedite to return was given the run around. “Terrible Online Experience” I will never order through ES again. Yesterday, I placed an order that was over $500. Immediately, I realized there were sizing issues with the order. I called ES and selected the option for them to call me back since the wait time was 58 minutes. “I contacted customer service about socks that were...” I contacted customer service about socks that were 2.5-3 inches shorter than the stated length. They contacted PearSox to resolve the issue and they stated that the socks shrank due to humidity. I do not believe they shrank that much and wanted a return slip and credit to my account. Nothing has happened. Perhaps filling out this seemingly meaningless survey will help? If not, why even send it??

“One shirt was so deformed I had to throw in trash” One shirt was so deformed I had to throw in trash. Two other shirts have such flimsy material I can only wear them around the house--not in public. Shipping option was expensive and slow.
“Ordering went fine” Ordering went fine. The company is unable to place block letter across the front of a baseball jersey. The team name BADFROGS was translated into badffrrogs because they print under the placket. Simple order turned into gibberish and makes the jersey ridicules and unwareable. It so much more work to ruin this order in this way making a 9 letter name into 11.5 letter name. Dumb.
