“Hope nothing is wrong with your order!!” I spent over a week trying to get 1 pair of shorts corrected. They sent me Black instead of Navy. I emailed; called, called again and was on hold for OVER AN HOUR, was disconnected. Called the next day and spoken to by an extremely RUDE man who did not care how long it had taken and told me that I may not be able to tell the difference between blue and black. “HORRIBLE-” Placed order... paid extra for 3 day shipping which starts once they actually get the order together- sent emails saying 1 item was out of stock and I needed to respond on what I wanted to do. I replied back with cancel- 3 days later they are still sending same email asking for same info- paid extra for shipping and the package should have already been there buy yet it still has not left facility. “Liars & Rude Customer Service.” I had a TERRIBLE experience with this company. While I understand my end of things: it was a last minute order, it still makes no sense that over a week after my order & paying expedited shipping my order STILL hasn't arrived. The initial order was placed Friday before last. The order was cancelled without any acknowledgement due to one size being out, and we didn't realize until Tuesday, when the order should have arrived. “I tried to add text of my company name in the upper...” I tried to add text of my company name in the upper left corner (near breast) but could not figure out how to do so. I called your company and the woman who answered did not know how to do it. She transferred me to a message machine that told me I had a 45 minute wait. I hung up and ordered the shirts plain. I will have to bring the shirts to a custom printer where I live.

“My order was correct and arrived days earlier than...” My order was correct and arrived days earlier than expected. The sizes ran smaller than the actual size ordered. I did have to return an two items due to the sizes running smaller. Customer service was good. My reorder was delivered quickly. My refund was returned quick

“Sometimes Orders do not arrive to correct address or...” Sometimes Orders do not arrive to correct address or on time and trying to return the order can be very frustrating

“Horrible customer service” You can call them first thing in the morning and still have an approximate wait time of 43 minutes. There's no way to leave a message. They never respond to emails. There's no way to leave a call back number. They're "live chat" is a bot and is not helpful at all.
