“didn't like that when you clicked on a product after...” didn't like that when you clicked on a product after filtering it a different product would come out or you had to click on every color and see if the size was in the deal...got frustrated and moved on.
“Horrible Customer Service” I ordered the wrong size and spoke with a representative who was rude when I asked to speak to his supervisor. The supervisor came on the line and didn't even introduce himself. I asked the supervisor why I would have to pay a restocking fee especially when I am a regular customer and was hung up on after I said there should be no stocking fee. “Order early and be ready for disapointment” On multiple orders from Epicsports they have given me outrageous shipping times of 2 - 4 weeks only to wait to the day it was due to arrive to call me and tell me my order is on hold due to a out of stock item. I would assume that is because they waited a month to pull the item! You either have to cancel the item or reorder which starts the whole process over again.
