“We ordered 15 bat bags” We ordered 15 bat bags. Of those 2 were defective requiring us to reorder those bags. The girls are disappointed that they won't have their bags for the first tournaments.

“Piss Poor Customer Service” I ordered some shirts and they were be delivered over a week ago. I called and was on hold 30 minutes before someone answered and once that person go on the line they said they sent a email to the manufacturer and was waiting on a reply.
