“I was extremely pleased with my first order” I was extremely pleased with my first order. I needed a few last minute shirts to arrive in 3 days. The shipping options all stated later arrival even overnight! Last time I ordered it was the same, however my order arrived within days. “Shipping costs and time is so much longer than everywhere...” Shipping costs and time is so much longer than everywhere else. Returns are difficult and unnecessarily complex.
“Terrible customer service and poor quality.” The first time I had to call the company it was per their request because they had a question regarding my address. I promptly returned the call and experienced a 43 minute wait time to speak with a rep. When I finally got to speak to one she was rude and curt. After she got her information I was in the middle of asking a question when she hung up on me--no doubt under pressure to deal with the other poor souls waiting to speak with a rep (I think they only have one). “I tried to place my order on my iphone, but the software...” I tried to place my order on my iphone, but the software wouldn't let me use the drop down menu for my state. I thought I would get some sort of discount for signing up and giving my phone number and email and agreeing to receive text messages and emails of your products, but I did not receive any discounts on my order. I am very disappointed.
“Awful Customer Service and Return Policy” Pants came too large, I was told that I would have to pay restocking fees and a second 10.00 shipping if I were going to order smaller pants. Too much $ being lost if I returned, so I am chalking up to self stupidity on my part. Will never order from them again
