“No customer service - buyer beware” Purchased a variety of items for baseball field prep. The dry chalk liner built by Champion was damaged and cheaply made. Not what was advertised on firm's website. I wrote to Epic and also Champion without any response. So be a smart consumer and stay away.
“Your shipping prices are ridiculous!!!!” Your shipping prices are ridiculous!!!! No sense in charging this much! My son is needing shirts for football and this is the cheapest price I've found for shirts. That's the only reason I ordered from here! SAD!!!

“NONEXSTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE” I received an order of 36 items from them. Some were ok others were not and I think they might have substituted something. I have been trying to reach them for over 10 days. I have called, left messages and sent emails. I finally just waited on hold one morning for an hour and 40 minutes. “I was trying to use a promo code and couldn’t...” I was trying to use a promo code and couldn’t find the box. I entered it into the gift certificate box and pressed go and it submitted my order.
“No Communication” I ordered a trophy from Epic Sports and when it arrived it was broken. I have emailed several times to the customer service address provided and have yet to receive any response.
“Disappointing to say the least” I left items in my cart and they process the order without my consent. I contacted them amediately to cancel it and they would not return my emails until after the item was ready for shipping. Advised me I would have to pay a restocking fee and that they would not refund my shipping, eventhough the items have not shipped. Unfortunately a 0 rating was not an option
“Stay away” Customer service is horrible. Phone waiting time is always over an hour . Returns are expensive. Quality is what you would expect from China or Taiwan. They messed up my order and wouldn't return my emails so now I'm stuck with what I got . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!
“DANGER DANGER.” If you are happy with your order..........that's good. If you are NOT happy or want to exchange..........good luck...........I am stuck with my order...........I have to pay to return. Exchanging...........costs more that it is worth. I took a chance a got stuck with things I can't wear. Terrible company.
