“I was overall satisfied with the product/price” I was overall satisfied with the product/price. However, I paid extra for shipping and did not receive my order on time.. It was supposed to arrive on a Friday, but was not delivered until the following Tuesday.
“I have used this company for years and never had an...” I have used this company for years and never had an issue with any of the orders until this last one. I had a shirt that was in a shipment of 10 that I didn't receive and I called several times and left messages but never received return calls. The only time I received a return call was when I sent an email. I've never had any issues with customer service until this last time. This is still a great company to use and they got me my missing item really fast.

“Shipping is over the top with cost, therefore your...” Shipping is over the top with cost, therefore your lead time on delivery is later than other sites. This has led me to order off of other sites despite the cost difference in original item.

If it says 1 to 2 business days that doesn't mean it will definitely leave on time but for an upcharge it will. My point is if it will leave on time with an up charge it should leave on time with out one.

I need to return them all, except for the socks and belt, and I don't like that I have to pay return shipping and a restocking fee. It makes me not want to try a different one in the future.
