“Epic has good prices but awful customer service” Epic has good prices but awful customer service. My entire order was placed on hold because one shirt was out of stock. It took me over two weeks, responding to five emails to no effect, calling five times a day to leave my name and number for a call back, and then finally sitting on hold for an hour to fix the problem. After all that our team won't have jerseys in time for their first game.

“Can not recontact after initial purchase.” I will not do business with this company again. I ordered six pairs of umpire's padded Sox and received six pairs of girl's volleyball shorts. They will not answer phone calls or emails so I can get the correct order. Customer Service when I finally got ahold of them was extremely rude, even hung up on me when I told her what had happened!!. NEVER AGAIN!!.

“Called on the phone to ask a question put on hold for...” Called on the phone to ask a question put on hold for 25 minutes then given a message that we had called after business hours. Poor customer service

“Customer service is very bad” Customer service is very bad. Phones are nearly impossible to get through, although hold audio is funny. Once I got through, the person I spoke to was hostile and could not tell me anything helpful about my order. Trying to find out info online is frustrating because it does not get updated. I finally got resolution via email, but the result was unsatisfactory. My products arrived late and we had to alter our event because if that.

“some products went out of stock so had to cancel, they...” some products went out of stock so had to cancel, they actually arrived anyway. paid for express shipping but items did not come by estimated date, perhaps due to cancelled item delay. customer service very difficult to reach, long wait time, did not always call back. offered to refund shipping due to delay. Excellent prices I guess you get what you pay for..

“They sent me the wrong item” They sent me the wrong item. Instead of just exchanging they refunded my and I have to start over. I need the same product or I wouldn't even bother.

“I have had nothing but trouble ordering through epic” I have had nothing but trouble ordering through epic. Impossible to reach by phone. Calls are not returned. Emails that I responded to when our order was put on hold failed to remedy the shipping problem. Our little ten year old kiddos won't have their jerseys for there first game now because I've been dealing with customer service for three weeks. I wouldn't be ordering again if our parents didn't want to all have the same hoodie. Very frustrated customer.
