“Here's the problem” Here's the problem: The price of discounted items is good, but then you have to pay substantially for shipping. Then I ALSO had to wait an ENTIRE WEEK before they even shipped my items. (Mind you, I didn't receive it 5-7 days after purchasing... which went on my card immediately! “I tried to make an online purchase and your site would...” I tried to make an online purchase and your site would not accept/recognize my email address. I then called customer service and after being places on hold was able to place and order When it was time to pay, I got cut off and when I tried to call back, you were closed.
“Uniforms” I ordered Under Armour softball uniform jerseys (they were a close out deal so they were a great price.) I understood that being a close out deal there could be a slight variance in color, however when the uniforms arrived they were two totally different colors. “Shipping is strange” Shipping is strange. 2-day shipping still arrives 11 days after I order. How is that 2-day shipping? I selected the standard shipping and it arrives 15 days from now. If I could find this product on any other site that had shipping that made sense, I would purchase it there.
“Website issues with email” Website issues with email. Customer service not available after 3pm Pacific. Delivery on items is a month with free shipping and 3 weeks with 30 dollar shipping. I will let you know if the items themselves are as underwhelming as the web experience.
