“Your shipping charges are ridicules” Your shipping charges are ridicules. Especially for how long it takes to ship. Amazon is way better and I will most likely stick to them.
“Worst Service EVER” My father ordered a Sherpa for my daughter on 11/27 and paid $18 expedited shipping (unreal). The item was never received. When I was finally able to get someone on the phone (Case) he blamed it entirely on UPS, said they don't stand behind their shipping, and refused to even reimburse the $18 shipping fee. NEVER BUY FROM HERE.

“Worst on-line shopping experience ever.” They charged $32 for expedited shipping, said the product was available, put it on back order not once, but TWICE! Customer service was awful. I was on hold for half an hour and then they tried to argue that I didn't pay for expedited shipping. I received emails three times that I needed to respond or my order would be cancelled. I responded each time, yet they still left me numerous voice-mails. I still have not received the product. I will never order from this company again.
