When i received it, it was missing the two(2) size Large T-Shirts. I have been ordering from Epic for some time now, and have not experienced either the delivery time delay nor a shortage on the order. I only ordered seventeen(17) shirts, should not have been this difficult.

“Half of my jerseys i received were stained beyond fixing,...” Half of my jerseys i received were stained beyond fixing, tried washing the, using a jersey cleaner and other detergents to get what looks to be shoe prints out. It did not work. I will be contacting epic sports Monday morning.

However, I ordered from you all a couple months ago and paid for updated shipping and it took 2 weeks to get a package I was supposed to get in 3 days. I’m trying you all again but of the shipping goes the same way this time it will be my last order I place with your business.

“poor customer service and relations policy...buyer beware” We ordered a dark navy Letterman jacket for a Christmas present. We were sent a black jacket. After 2 separate rounds of pictures, the manufacturer stated it was navy. Therefore epic refuses to refund without a restocking fee and i have to pay return postage. Take a look at the pictures below, even the thread used to sew the seam is black Crappy customer service. scott
“Usually good, not this time” I ordered a pair of baseball umpiring plate shoes that Epic advertised. They sent me a paid of field shoes instead. That should not have been a problem. It took a couple days for them to research what happened internally and send me an authorization for a return. By the time they were ready to send me the correct shoes, they were sold out.
