“Was not assisted when my order was shipped incorrectly.” I customized a jersey on this site, once it came in 3 weeks later....it was missing the name on the back. I called and talked to two different representatives for them to tell me nothing could be done! For $70, someone should lend a helping hand. I would advise not to do business with this company.

“I do not understand your shipping rates” I do not understand your shipping rates. Today is Tuesday, 11/27/18. Your one day shipping cost is $41 but doesn't arrive until next Monday 12/3/18. How is that one day shipping? That is 6 days later.
