“epic sports took 7 days to ship order from date of...” epic sports took 7 days to ship order from date of order, I did NOT get a tracking number until my package was already out for delivery. When i contacted customer service NO ONE helped me. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the customer service.

“The quoted price I was quoted changed and the coupon...” The quoted price I was quoted changed and the coupon code that I had didn't work. You are not guaranteed your order date and that does not help with planning.

“badminton rackets” Our school purchased 30 Markwort Flat Shaft Vinyl Grip Badminton Rackets. We started our badminton unit 3 weeks ago and 20 of the rackets have fallen apart. Unfortunatly, the return policy is expired now. Terrible Rackets!

“Layout was quite confusing” Layout was quite confusing-- difficult to find sizing charts, and frustrating to figure out what sizes /colors were available. LOVED that you have a chart which tells backorder dates, etc., but it would be much more helpful for this info to have been prominently displayed at the very beginning of the search process. “Poor service and poor quality merchandise” Buyer beware. This company does not stand behind its products and does not provide quality service. I placed an order for 20 pair of pink socks for my daughter's soccer team in October 2018 in honor of breast cancer awareness. The socks from Epic were subpar quality. I returned the socks in the original packaging. The company credited me for few socks than purchased and charged me a restocking fee (not previously disclosed). “I asked what size nut this handle would fit as it was...” I asked what size nut this handle would fit as it was not provided in the product description. I asked if someone could measure it to see. Was told you have over 300 vendors and this was all the information that could be provided/no one could measure it. So, I am to purchase a product to see if it fits, then pay for return shipping and a restocking fee if it does not. “The product was as expected , but I wouldn't recommend...” The product was as expected , but I wouldn't recommend this company , I paid 18.00 for 3 day delivery and didn't receive the product for over a week .I called and customer service told me they could do nothing ....so I feel this company stole from me . Will never buy again ....
