“Not happy with the shipping!!” Placing my order was was easy.. The prices are great and affordable. The shipping however was a nightmare.. UPS thankfully figured it was wrong and luckily had my number. They had epic sports as the addresse but to my address. And then my name and epic sports address as the return address.. I have photo proof of the packaging.. This could have ended a nightmare for me.
“DO NOT BUY FROM EPIC SPORTS” I ordered a navy visor from Epic Sports with embroidered words on it. It came as a BLACK visor. When I called the company, I was told to send pictures to verify. I sent pictures of it on a black table where it blended right in. I placed it next to the navy hat I also ordered. Shortly aftee, RAY sent a message saying my visor would be redone in NAVY and I could keep the black one. That was last week! “**DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE THINKING YOU MAY HAVE TO MAKE A RETURN**” This is absolutely my worst experience EVER with an online buisness. I try to always give the benefit of the doubt. They charge astronomical shipping prices to begin with, which basically cancels out any saving you have gotten with it being a discount warehouse. “Horrible return policy, a complete scam.” Read their horrible return policy before ordering anything from them. I went to cancel an order 3 days after ordering with a 14 day delivery time and was told the item was already shipped to them by a vendor and could not cancel the order without charging me for the shipping and a %30 restocking fee. A total scam. Beware!!!
“L-Screen Missing Hardware” I order a lot of baseball equipment annually for our league. I ordered 2 L-screens one of which was missing the hardware. There was no attempt to make the order right. There are a lot of sports equipment distributors out there that value their customers' experience. Based on this experience, Epic doesn't seem to be one of them.
“Not what expected” Girdle did NOT have pads included as picture suggested. Sizing chart was nowhere close to accurate the item was like wearing Shaqs basketball shorts. Already threw this away and reordered (for cheaper) from another site WITH built in pads as desired. Thanks for nothing.
“FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE (Don't even want to give 1 star)” Ordered stirrups for a an all star baseball team. Order was late and was strapped for time. I called to check on items (guy was really nice) and was told that they hadn't received them yet that they were behind schedule. I told him I couldn't wait and asked if I could cancel my order. “Terrible Customer Service” I ordered our girl's softball team bags for all-stars. The catcher's bag fell apart after two weeks. The first customer service rep gave us the run around, made us call the manufacturer, and said they could do nothing. When we asked to speak to his manager, he said "go ahead, he will tell you the same thing." Finally got a refund for the bag. Have now ordered another bag with expedited shipping...apparently this means two weeks to get the bag from the manufacturer and then 3 day shipping so our ca... read more
“Tee shirt sizes are extremely small” I ordered several tee shirts adult 2x and when I got them they are more like a youth medium. So disappointed...it was a waste of money.
