“Mislablled jerseys” Stay far away!!! After sizing my entire team with samples I ordered a combination of small, medium, and large jerseys. I received the order and the jerseys were printed with name, number ad logo and were distributed to the team. I then found out that the mediums did not fit like the sample. I obtained the jerseys back from the team and matched up smalls and mediums. It turns out that the small was the exact same size as the medium. “Sorry we spent time and money dealing with them” My jacket came and everything was wrong. It did not fit. It was not as pictured. Lacked the zipper closure. Color was incorrect. Body was not wool. When I wanted to return it, it took hours waiting on the phone to get a person. So I went on line And deal with it that way. When I got their website it told me to use their phone number since it was the only way to deal with returns. Never again!
“No Customer Service at Epic: Waste your time” Epic sent me a boys T (boys sizes are 6-20 not S, M, L) and then ignored my complaints. Finally after several attempts to get my situation addressed, Epic sent me a return label which I had to pay the charges, I was also charged a restocking fee and substitution T,s were not sent. Now Epic wants me to pay the shipping fee for the replacement Ts.
“terrible customer service” Placed an order at 10:30 Am. Received an email saying my order was on hold and to call a specific phone number. Called the number and was on hold for 3 hours. Finally someone answered and i told them what was going on and i was placed back in a phone waiting line for another hour. “Not pleased” I placed my order 2weeks prior to delivery date, the Tues of the delivery week , I received an email saying something was on back order. Nothing, came in on time!! I also received belts of the wrong color. I will definitely not be ordering here again
“Very disappointed!” I ordered socks and belts for my whole softball team. I made sure to pay for extra shipping so that the items would get here in time for our first game of the season. The colors did not match. The lady on the phone could not seem to match the socks I bought so now I had to return them. She left out that I had to pay a restocking fee for their mistake. I will never use this company again. Im very disappointed!!
“Worried to purchase again.” Placed an order(2/21), got partial from Soffee warehouse within timeline stated. Had to email 3 times to find out about the rest of my order which they state was shipped out but returned...it's now 4/13. “if you place small order you might get it on time...” This order came in a reasonable amount of time ordered 03/30/2018 received 4/7/2018, however I'm still awaiting an order I placed 3/18/2018 that cost over $800.00
“If your in a time frame, DO NOT ORDER!” I ordered 1 helmet on 3/7/18. It said it would be here by 3/23/18. I am still waiting! Our games started 2 weeks ago. I had originally ordered all of our helmets for our team and we had one player that his did not fit. I figured I had plenty of time to receive the additional helmet and their website gave me a shipping date that would work perfect.
