“Sent wrong item initially, didnt receive correct item in time.” EpicSports sent wrong item initially, did not get back to me, I had to call follow up twice, customer service blamed champ sports was not getting back to Epic sports. I ordered for a customer, needing this item for a special Olympic competition, my customer was disqualified from event, did not have required attire. “Terrible customer service.” Ordered 2 ping pong paddles as part of a birthday gift. Paid for 3 day shipping. 14 days and they won't refund the expedited shipping charges. Said they need 11 days to "process order". So now I have to buy them local so I have them on time anyway. Stay away from these folks. Negative stars.

“Avoid These Guys” Charged me restocking and shipping fees on a cancelled order that was several days from being shipped. Another order product size not described accurately.

“Poor quality merchandise and dismal Epic Sports company policies” I purchased a shirt from Epic Sports and the first time I put it on the stitching started to unravel. When I called Epic Sports customer service, was told that since I did not notice this defect within 5 days of receiving my order, there was nothing they could do. Not a good response for a first time customer to hear. Do not waste your time purchasing from Epic Sports.

“Dirty clothes” My order came in with dirty shirts, large pants and tiny pants. Because I ordered these items from the clearance, they will not return them. WOW. What a crappy deal for me. No more Epic. Dirty....Come ON!! What a major disappointment from this company.

“Not the best quality!!” I purchased 2 pairs of baseball pants for my 15yr old son. I ordered an adult Large which is usually 32-34 waist. Well, these pants came to tight, to short and very thin material, not good quality at all. I contacted the company and wanted to send them back. They told me adult large is usually 30 waist, (ummm no its not) and that if it is not their error there is a 20% restocking fee and they sent me a UPS label "Non Pre-Paid of course". “Too slow and too small...” You better know exactly what you want and be willing to wait for it! Delivery ETA is a complete joke and customer service says, "Sorry... your problem." Order the next size up on most items and double the delivery time estimate. Don't even think about returning anything!

“Horrible quality” Cheap quality. Ever other button broken! Waste of money! I will not order from here again! Some buttons dont even line up
