“Took too long” I paid an extra $20 for express shipping. It came 7 Days Later by UPS . NOT satisfied at all with Epic Sports at all

“Poor Quality” The pinstriped baseball pants has the poorest quality. The color is off . I ordered white/navy pinstripes paints, the navy color looks greenish royal blue. I called and was told the color quality is not guaranteed by EpiSport. I will not order anything again.

“Extremely poor customer service” Placed a $400. 00 , and the adult small pants didn't fit, they were supposed to measure 32 inches however they were only 28. They were extremely rude and instead of just exchanging the 2 pair of pants out they wanted to charge me all kinds of fees. So I will cancel the entire order and buy them someone else, in fact I'm going to try to get all 5 teams in our league that ordered to cancel theirs as well

“canceled order” I ordered some helmet pennies for my sons team. We went to practice that night and the coach had already purchased some. I called and left a message they were closed. I emailed them when I got home. The next day they said sorry you cant cancel as they were shipped this morning. I called and emailed within 12 hrs. I ended up donating them to another team.

“Misleading Website Products” Be careful of the products that you order from EpicSports, the Website will present a product in a photo but they will ship you a cheaper quality product, they fool you in their wording in the descriptions

“WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY over priced!!!!” This place is ridiculously over priced and Hanne the worst customer survice ever. Pay attention to what your buying belie you make that purchase. I bought an 80lb dumbell. I saw the price of $168.00 and was happy thinking it was for 2 so I immediately bought it only to realize when I received it, it was only 1 I did my homework before and saw prices for 95 to 105 for 1 I even showed them the links to 5 different websites for prices 40 to 50 cheaper then them. “The absolute worst” Called customer service to modify order 45 min after placing it I noticed an error in the email.confirmation received after placing the order and was told it was to late. Asked her to go ahead and cancel it. Told that it cant be done. The items shipped out two days later. I even got affitional email informing me that the item did ship and tracking, along with a survey request and literature reinforce at the speed of which it was processed was substantial. “Rip Off Compnay” Placed order with company. 7 days later it still had not shipped. Called to check status of order and rep was rude and hung up on me. Finally just requested to cancel order. Was told that I still have to pay shipping and a restock fee although items never shipped. I want my FULL refund for items that I did not receive. Nowhere on the website does it say a restocking fee will be added to cancel an order nor does it say customer will be charged shipping on an order that hasn't shipped. “Horrible Return Policy” Neither the invoice nor the return policy indicates/indicated that a return authorization was necessary. Yet the business asserts it does/did. ANYTHING your order from this business be certain of what you order, meaning proper sizes, etc. They are disreputable and will not honor any returns and just looking to sell.
