“Terrible Service” I bought 24 hats from Epic Sports and they gave me an estimated shipping date. They didn't provide any updates on when the hats were going to be shipped or arrive. The day that I needed them came, and the hats still hadn't been delivered. I called them to cancel my order and get a refund, however nobody answered the phone. “Shipping time sucks!” I wish I had read Yelp reviews before ordering. I ordered a bat for my husband, and it's estimated to take 3+ weeks to be delivered. If you order "3 day shipping" today, it won't get to you until the second week in July. What a scam! Don't order if you need it any time soon.

“Horrible customer service” They sent wrong items. Took them 6 weeks to replace. The season is over and now im stuckbwith $300 in baseball pants since we had to buy new. . Staff are rude and tell you nothing. Never buy from them!!!!! There lowcprixed items are junk.
“Not 100% as expected” Bought 10 bras - 38D on clearance - I am always a 38D but they did not fit. Also ordered 2 pairs of adult medium socks that could only fit a child. Otherwise experience was good.
“upsetting” the hat i ordered (black white blue one) looked like it was used and it looked like it was for a child - the hat had no structure. the two hats i ordered that i had TESSCO put on the letters were to big - but the one hat i cant wear it that hat has no fashion to it (black white and blue on with the R i had put on it).. that s about it..
“No update” Not sure what's going on with the order? They claim the manufacturer plant hasn't gave them a tracking number or response.
“Lead time not accurate” When I checked availability of a product before ordering it said in stock, lead time 1-2 days. That led me to believe it would ship in 1-2 days, it took 7 business days for it to ship. If your not going to ship in the time it says, then don't provide that information.
“No free returns and cheap fabric” Ordered 3 pairs of shorts. All are smaller than advertised. 1 pair is already ripping at the seam after 2 weeks. You pay shipping both ways, and pay for shipping on your return order. I'm sticking to Amazon Prime.
