“Poor Customer Service” Very disappointed with the customer service on the order and the shorts not being sized correctly and how there was no willingness to help with reshipping cost of the shorts.

“wigwam Socks” For the past several years, I have bought a dozen pair of white Wigwam 625 socks. I have tried to order them several more times without success. If they are not going to carry them any longer, they should state that.

“Poor Customer Service” I have been a customer for a couple of year and purchased from their website a few times. Their return policy is horrible and do not try to accommodate or work with customers on problems. They charge you a 10-20% restocking fee and make you pay for shipping the items back, granted the items are not what you ordered due to wrong color or whatever the reason may be. “Double charges for shipping, items not available, terrible customer service” Be aware that the company will advertise availability of items then call with an excuse why some are not available and double charge for shipping. Terrible customer service. Our team will never use Epic Sports again and we are happy to provide proof and order numbers if asked.

“Not much of a return policy” Ordered a size 10 youth for my 8th grader. They sent a size 10 toddler. I was told its my fault and would have to pay for return shipping and a 30 percent restocking fee. That would leave me with just a few bucks returned. Never again. I volunteer as a head soccer coach for 3 teams and would order twice a year. It seemed they don't care and I have to eat the cost. Ill never order with Epic again. Coach Marx Johnson

“Slowest transaction ever” Ordered a few items on 3/6. Nothing was on back-order, or out of stock. I finally received my order on 3/19. The shipping is way too slow for me to wait each time. I'd be more understanding if the shipping cost was free or low, but Epic's shipping fees are way more expensive than most sites. Too much competition to be so slack in that area. I'll shop other sites from now on.

“Fair product accompanied by terrible customer service” I sadly will not purchase another thing from EpicSports. Once I received the product, all customer service ended. Not a good way to run a company.

“NCAA SOFTBALLS” I bought 3 buckets of NCAA 12 Inch softballs. When we had batting practice I had 54 softballs that were lopsided.. No where in the description does it say they were Rec Balls. It said NCAA 12 inch softballs, one would think they would last longer than one hitting practice..

“horrible customer service” this company offers great prices on some items especially close outs but when they send the wrong item or damaged items they refuse to make it right. It appears that since they are an online company they feel they are not held to standard business laws. Beware what you order as you are stuck with the item regardless of size color quality etc. Its too bad as I had high hopes for using them for our organizations sporting needs .
