This has to be one of the WORST property MANAGEMENT company I have ever delt with. The complex we own a unit in, this company does a terrible job a management. 1) House rules which I know are not made by this company are ridiculous yet inforced without oversight 2) People are just allowed to WRITE up complaints which turn into citations, without even verifying if it's a valid complaint. which should not be so. Management is supposed to make sure if it is a valid complaint, not just write people up whenever some grump feels ... read more

My association just switched to Equity Properties a few months ago and so far, the customer service I’ve experienced - or lack thereof - has been absolutely terrible. For over two weeks I have been trying to contact them regarding my account and have received zero response. I have called, I have emailed. No response. Very disappointed with their inability to communicate.

Reading the reviews that others posted shows these were clearly problematic individuals trying to make a sting. I must share my experience that is the total opposite of the negative reviews posted. Equity has been managing my Association for sometime and has always treated me fairly and kindly. They do what they say that will do and that matters a lot today.
