I traveled to this location based on a recommendation. While the wait was fairly long due to being understaffed that day, the experience was made much better by the PA. She was delightful, professional, caring, and clearly very competent. The staff’s kindness and attentiveness truly stood out and made the visit worthwhile despite the delay.

The front desk was nice, the Nurse Practitioner was very nice and thorough. The only complaint I have is that the assistant I saw before the NP came in, to do all the testing, came in and out of the room about 3 times with the same pair of gloves on. When he was about to open all the sterile equipment to test I had to ask him to change his gloves since he just touched all the doorknobs. He did it with no problem but I shouldn't have had to ask. Go there early. Staff was nice. One thing I noticed was that there was about a good 10-15 minute period where there was no one at the front desk. In that time the phone must’ve rang a dozen times. And there were a couple people waiting a good while before they were helped. They also only had one person at the desk. Phone would ring while others being helped. In honesty this was the day after Christmas. So perhaps they were short staffed because of holiday.
I have been to the place 4 times before the first 3 times excellent however even though the doctor was nice 3 different people said my leg was swollen myself knows my leg is swollen however doctor said it wasn’t either way I won’t be going back to this urgent care anymore ( the staff was nice ) also I told the doctor I had numbness in my leg I told her it might be my sciatica I was told it has to be tingling to be sciatica , and said she couldn’t diagnose sciatica at urgent care even though the doctor seemed nice & the staff... read more
