Went today with my husband to irrigate his ears, before the nurse practitioner came in the examination room , we heard her say that ear irrigation is not a priority on a Saturday???? Upon entering she was very much standoffish, none the less she put drops in his ears , sent in a medical assistant (15 mins later) to irrigate his ears and never saw her again. Front Desk Personnel is Absolutely AMAZING! Well versed in the care and needs of the patient (my daughter) The nurse and the doctor were polite and made sure to ask the necessary questions that was needed to inform me of what my medical issue was. I will always be a patient of EXCEL URGENT CARE!
I was in and out really quickly on a weekday morning. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurses to the doctor were excellent - quick, helpful and friendly. Very thankful for getting a diagnosis and treatment for a problem that was causing me a lot of stress. Wouldn't hesitate to come here again!
This is not the first time I have been here For a medical issue it was a good experience. The staff was patient, knowledgeable, professional and nice. I will come if need be in the future and recommend you highly to anyone needing health care.
My visit at the Excel Urgent Care was incredible! Wait time was short and the entire medical team who assisted me were all kind, professional and friendly. The Provider's beside manner was excellent! I left the facility knowing I received the utmost care and service. I would definitely recommend friends and family to this location.
