Although I arrived to the urgent care center just as they were preparing to close, I was welcomed by a very professional woman who did not hesitate to inform me that I could be seen without rush. The medical team was also very pleasant and professional. My needs were addressed and I felt confident with the course of action recommended. I highly recommend this urgent care center.

I called Urgent Care of Marine Park in a panic. I wasn’t sure what was wrong with me. Right from the beginning of the call Sharell made me immediately calm down. She was so caring, so patient with my nervous self, and oh so professional. I knew straight away , I’d be in good hands if I went there for healthcare. I'm giving this urgent care 4.5 due to the horrible intake process with someone who clearly did not know or understand what they was doing when claiming my insurance was inactive., and for 30 min wasted trying to correct there misinformation. Showed my active status via health insurance app and still could not verify my status on her system but that's fine, but what really confused me was the question asked( is it hot outside) because I was sweating! not for nothing there is a heatwave advisory for our community young person... read more
Excel Urgent Care is excellent. I didn't have to wait long. The nurse practitioner was terrific. She diagnosed the problem and called in medicine to my pharmacy. I was feeling much better in no time. It is great to know that when your doctor is unavailable there's a place to go for good care.
