First visit at an Urgent Care facility and I’m very pleased! It wasn’t packed, so I didn’t have to wait long. Spacious and clean. Everyone was quite nice and professional.
I visited with my 2 years old baby at 12pm today. I did appointment online. We had flu and I went to double check if it’s any serious disease, and it was better than pediatric office! No line, big waiting area, amazingly playful doctor which interact with my boy that he feels safe and pleasant during the check up. And over all the stuff was fast and professional. We got our results in a minute. I’m glad that I have this amazing urgent care right after the coroner of our apartment building!:) Highly recommended!
Today I had a very smooth visit. Everything was nice and waiting time was shorter than I expected! Medical assistant was very polite and professional, she took all medical/vital tests, and notes. Doctor ( PA) came in a minute later , introduced herself, I liked her very much! This young lady is a truly amazing Doctor! I felt myself healed right away after visit! From the second I walked in right up until I left I was treated with kindness and respect. I happened to be working in the area and was completely unfamiliar with this office. I was in and out in 15 min. I received excellent care. If I ever need to see a doctor while I’m in or even close to Marine Park, Brooklyn I’ll be using this facility.
The waiting room and examination rooms were clean and pleasantly decorated. All staff were professional friendly and took the time to Listen. The doctor that examined me correctly diagnosed my issue and referred me to a hospital emergency room whose drs conferred with the urgent care Dr. I highly recommend this Urgent Care.
