Went today with my husband to irrigate his ears, before the nurse practitioner came in the examination room , we heard her say that ear irrigation is not a priority on a Saturday???? Upon entering she was very much standoffish, none the less she put drops in his ears , sent in a medical assistant (15 mins later) to irrigate his ears and never saw her again. My visit at the Excel Urgent Care was incredible! Wait time was short and the entire medical team who assisted me were all kind, professional and friendly. The Provider's beside manner was excellent! I left the facility knowing I received the utmost care and service. I would definitely recommend friends and family to this location. I drive 20 minutes to get to the urgent care as soon as they opened because I had a medical issue that was bothering me all night. When I arrived 10 minutes after their posted open time, all the doors were locked and no one was in the office. 25 minutes later an employee walked in through the front door and locked it behind her. Most urgent cares are pretty much the same in regards to the type of care you can recieve but the only thing that makes them different is the customer service. This place does not provide good customer service at all. If that's important find another place.
Staff is kind and compassionate.. Service is quick , courteous & efficient.. very clean. No crowd , never really is unless global crises.. Gave up my old urgent care of 6 years for this center.. Thank you
