I have been to the place 4 times before the first 3 times excellent however even though the doctor was nice 3 different people said my leg was swollen myself knows my leg is swollen however doctor said it wasn’t either way I won’t be going back to this urgent care anymore ( the staff was nice ) also I told the doctor I had numbness in my leg I told her it might be my sciatica I was told it has to be tingling to be sciatica , and said she couldn’t diagnose sciatica at urgent care even though the doctor seemed nice & the staff... read more
We went on a Saturday early afternoon & everything went smoothly from checking in with the front desk girl which was very polite & helpful. We didn’t wait too long in the waiting area Was called in & the Physician Assistant named Noor was very nice & took care of what we went for & explained the after care & was very knowledgeable & very patient. I will be coming to this Urgent Care from now on. Very Satisfied. Thank you PA Noor
The office is clean, the staff was efficient and friendly. They took excellent care of me and made me feel comfortable. The intake nurse was amazing and the Doctor was wonderful. I am so happy I went to this urgent care. Would recommend without hesitation. Thank you Excel Urgent Care!
Horrible. From the moment the doctor walked in and fumbled her glasses like a cartoon character to the when I asked her if I could have my medicine sent next door and she stopped me to tell me the front desk girl would do it then for the front desk girl to tell me that’s not true, she doesn’t “do medicine” to the five minute wait that turned into over an hour because you didn’t call in my medicine and then I had to have the pharmacy call back because you forgot the second of two medicines my experience was terrible. Although I arrived to the urgent care center just as they were preparing to close, I was welcomed by a very professional woman who did not hesitate to inform me that I could be seen without rush. The medical team was also very pleasant and professional. My needs were addressed and I felt confident with the course of action recommended. I highly recommend this urgent care center.
