The office is clean, the staff was efficient and friendly. They took excellent care of me and made me feel comfortable. The intake nurse was amazing and the Doctor was wonderful. I am so happy I went to this urgent care. Would recommend without hesitation. Thank you Excel Urgent Care!
I had a highly positive experience at Excel Urgent Care of Marine Park. The clinic was very clean and well-maintained. The staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and attentiveness at every stage of my visit, from check-in to my consultation with the physician. Their compassionate approach and clear communication ensured I received thorough and effective care.
High five to the medical staff Nickecha, Allie and the receptionist who worked on Sunday. Although, it was a little crowded with patients they made the wait time worth it. When I arrive in examination room got assessed right away by Allie and shortly after Nickecha who was extremely knowledgeable, and cared about you the patient and did a due diligent job. I did not have white coat syndrome that’s how comfortable I was. Great job and I will refer family and friends!!!
Although I arrived to the urgent care center just as they were preparing to close, I was welcomed by a very professional woman who did not hesitate to inform me that I could be seen without rush. The medical team was also very pleasant and professional. My needs were addressed and I felt confident with the course of action recommended. I highly recommend this urgent care center.
Overall experience was great considering reason for the visit. Office is very clean. Wait time was surprisingly faster than expected. Professional, kind, patient, attentive, and respectful staff from front desk, to manager and doctor. Thank you very much Jordana, Ophelia and Dr Nikisha (apologies if names are not spelled correctly) for taking your time with me! Glad I found a place I can trust.
