I met with Eric for the first time on October 9. I’m always nervous when I have to add a doctor to my care team. Say Alfons is wonderful and now my entire care team is all through them. Eric was wonderful. He was thorough. Spent time with me. Let me ask questions answered them all clearly, and never was annoyed with my constant rambling. He may only be a P.A. but don't let that fool you. I'd swear he knows almost as much as Jergensmeier. The way he checked my knee was so thorough. His recommendations were clear his explanations were knowledgeable.
I always receive a friendly and enthusiastic greeting when I come in. Very professional receptionist. I always feel comfortable and listened to when meeting with Eric. He’s always professional and empathetic. I’m comfortable that he knows what he’s doing and saying.
Only Issue I had was with wait time from check-in to time I saw the Dr. seemed excessive. Visit with Dr was excellent as always no complaints or concerns. Discomfort was addressed and plan was made. 5 stars for the doctor and staff, 4 for the overall experience.
