I have been with Dr. Kallwitz since my liver transplant in May of 2021. He has been fantastic helping me navigate my 'new norm' in these unchartered waters. I can't say enough about the genuine care he shows me as a patient when it comes to listening and advising. I never feel rushed out of the office, as he answers any and all questions that I may have.
Such a great physician. Spends a lot of time with his patients, answers all questions and is very thorough. I have been seeing Dr. Kallwitz with my dad for his liver disease for about 3 years now and will continue to do so. His office in Park Ridge is wonderful. Very friendly staff and never a long wait. Definitely recommend.

Seldom do you find a doctor that will take as much time to listen, explain and respond in a very caring manner as Dr. Kallwitz. He was patient, simplistic in his explanation, so it was easy to understand and above and beyond what we would have expected or have been accustomed to in our visits to a doctor's office. We never felt hurried or our concerns were not pertinent. We all need more doctors who display this amount of patient compassion and understanding.
