This has been one of the best experiences in my life. From the office decoration, how warm & welcoming everyone is from the time I go until the time I leave. The ladies are amazing. The time management is great , the customer service is excellent , from the support, the motivation, they are very resourceful. Dr Knapp did the gastric bypass on me in 2019 I was well over 305 pounds. I work the 6 months I am now 145 pounds and I am 5 1/2 years out . I had other problems with my health on the way and close to 20 other surgery to my Stomach blockages interceptions a few hernias. Out through all of it Dr Knapp made sure I was alive to see my grandchildren. Dr Knapp made sure I had a nurse to call when I need after hours and all. And for that I am greatly thankful. I’ve had a really positive experience here. The staff is kind, welcoming, and takes the time to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand. They make you feel comfortable and cared for instead of rushed or judged. The office itself is clean, professional, and has a very calming atmosphere. I’m so glad to visit Dr Knapp and his team. This was life-changing, and I wish I had the opportunity to explore this option sooner. Everyone in the team is very supportive and they cheer me on towards my goals. The entire program was explained in detail from our very first appointment and realistic benchmarks were established. It really was an exciting journey. I’m now 1 month post surgery and feeling so much better in my mobility and self esteem. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Knapp, Megan and the entire staff!!!
The wellness and weight management staff are amazing! I especially love Wendy—she’s such a warm and welcoming presence in the office. Whenever you have questions or concerns, she approaches everything with positivity and care. Dr. Knapp is phenomenal—understanding, empathetic, and incredibly supportive. He truly makes decisions with your best interests in mind and guides you thoughtfully throughout your journey. You really can’t go wrong choosing this team!
