My new roof looks great .. the crew arrived around 07:00am and finished around 10:30 pm; the only break they took was to go empty their trailer and take lunch (all at the same time). Supervisor came in the morning to get them started , came back midday to check on them, then at the end of the day to be sure all was good - those are the only times I saw her. I am a repeat customer of Erie Construction … they installed 9 new windows and a triple wide patio door in 2013 and now my roof.

The day of our scheduled appointment the weather in southwest Michigan was horrible - sleet and freezing rain. We anticipated either having to reschedule or that they would be extremely late. But Randy and Mason arrived right on time! They introduced themselves, exchanged a few pleasantries and got right down to business. Team came prepared and finished same day. Roof looks great and they cleaned up everything. Took a couple of days to get the dumpster removed, probably not their issue.
Great crew, started on time and completed on time. The crew cleaned up everything when they were done. Very respectful of the property.
The guys that did the roof did a great job with it. My only complaint was that they left my gate open and the tarp on my back porch when they left for the first night and I couldn't let my dogs out.
Erie installed our roof a few weeks ago. We've been happy with the product, price, and professionalism, but disappointed with communication regarding the install, and they didn't properly seal the flashing or clean the property during the install. Everyone we've interacted with at the company has been very polite, professional, and respectful. We are very happy with our new roof. It was simple and quick and the house looks so much nicer. The salesmen we're knowledgeable and answers all our questions. The installers were quick, efficient, and cleaned up afterwards
Very happy with our new roof. The crew showed up early but only one of the workers spoke very little English so it was very difficult to communicate with them. The site supervisor showed up a couple hours later and he spoke very good English. Job was done in one day and the cleanup was all handled by the workers.
Erie did a thorough inspection of my roof and quoted exactly what was needed, no surprises. The work was started within a couple of weeks and was completed in one day. Communication with the office was good but it was hard to communicate with the all spanish speaking crew. The crew was very hard working and did excellent work. I'm very pleased.
