From our first call to their toll free number to book a home inspection and the sales presentation performed by Stephen Payne and then the installation of our new non metal roof warrantied for 30 years could not have been easier. Well, it all started as expected. Now let "it" begin. Total lack of communication! Initial consult, say and explain one thing then write in internal papers as something else. Also stating that they will call before they show up. I was told to expect a call within the week to have someone stop by and seal up my roof, which had shingles missing from a major windstorm two days earlier. We had to reschedule multiple times, due to them constantly canceling consult appointment. The consultation went smoothly; they explained all options and worked to save us money on the roof. The sales rep was polite and professional. He was able to schedule us within two weeks of the consultation. He was supposed to text both myself and my spouse on the morning of. Everything went well with using Erie to replace my roof. They spent time to explain the entire process and my needs. It was extremely cold the day the Sales reps came out but they still did their due diligence to assess the roof. The day the work was performed on my property it was after a snow storm but they still did the work. I would suggest carving out some time to speak with the sales reps, it's not a quick process and it took a couple of hours.
Had my roof done with the fiberglass shingles salesman was awesome and worked out everything needed for the best roof and quality for a great price. The roofers came out and got my roof done in 10 degree weather and never skipped a beat highly recommend this company for any of your repairs
ffrom the salesman to the office and the actual workers, tThey were such a professional group. The actual roofers themselves, were so polite, clean, hardworking, professional gentlemen. They cleaned up the entire mess around the house down to all the tiny pieces of roofing. Also went around with a magnet to get up the nails. I can't say enough good things about this company, Already have people interested. Even the code enforcement gentleman was impressed. with what he saw.
