I’m pleased with my new roof but I feel like I was upsold, at least I have a 30 year warranty.

Replacing a roof is not an everyday occurrence. We had a carefree experience with Erie Home. From the very beginning, sitting with Erie's sales representatives made choosing the right shingles to best fit our home easy. The installation team was very professional and efficient. Very professional from start to finish. Sales representatives provided and discussed a variety of options suitable for our house and answered all our questions. Installation crews arrived on time and were very friendly and kept us informed during each step. Entire crew went to great lengths protect our house, garden, and yard. They completed roof in one day as promised and did an exceptional job of cleaning up before departing!

The sales rep who showed us their products was very knowledgeable and courteous. We had an issue with the wrong color being on the order and they sent someone out to make sure we got the color we wanted. The supervisor and workers who did the install, everyone was friendly and courteous. Install and clean up was excellent. We had a very good experience with everyone representing Erie Home.

Erie Home contractors/roofers were here bright and early on the appointed Monday morning and went straight to work. Surrounding vegetation, the deck, and the porch were protected by tarps and/or drop cloths - coverings which proved effective through the entire process. The old shingles and, as necessary, damaged sheathing were removed and a brand new roof emerged.
