Mostly a great job. 5 months later, some things stand out. Was told they would call before arriving. They were on site 30 minutes before the call came they were on the way. Tile wouldn't lay flat. Had a little bit of a problem getting them to look at it. They claimed it was cause of the cold. 2 days later, they called to say they had drove by and saw the issue. Sent a crew. Insisted we sign off on the work immediately even though we weren't happy. Threatened us if we didn't sign, warranty would be invalid. Wouldn't let it go... read more

We recently had Erie Roofing shingle our house and barn and were we amazed! It took this company just 1 day to do both buildings! And now they look like new! The shingles are sharp-looking and with a 30 year replacement warranty, we can't go wrong! And the crews were exceptional! They didn't just sit around or take long breaks. Very professional. Very quick and timely service. From initial meeting to window install was only about a month and a half. While 2 of the windows were not measured correctly, the day of install they remeasured and put a rush order on replacement ones. The windows that are in look wonderful.
