Overall the experience was good, personally I wasn't a fan of how they try to sell you on their product versus just telling me the numbers. Like our in home visit lasted almost 6 hours, even though we told them that they didn't have to sell us on anything, we just wanted to talk numbers. We also let them take a piece of our original shingles from the 1940s if they helped support local and bought a cup off of our website, which they didn't. Derek, the salesman is the most knowledgeable person about roofing that I've ever met. He was honest, professional and accommodating. We'll see how the installation goes.... more to come.

The whole process from start to finish was simple and amazing! No high pressure sales tactics, quick install, great cleanup, amazing communication, and the most important is they were friendly and easy to talk to and deal with. Will definitely use their services for other projects!

The roofing crew was onsite at 8:00 a.m. They did a wonderful job. I liked that they hammered the nails into the shingles instead of using a nail gun. They also cleaned the area around the house leaving no old shingles, paper or plastic wrap, and most importantly no nails on the ground. I totally recommend Erie Homes.
