Erie Home answered all my questions and were both efficient and professional. The installers were courteous and did a professional job in the installation while facing extreme heat and some thunderstorms and rain. They arrived early and stayed late to insure the job was completed. I’m pleased with my new roof and hope it will serve me well into the future.

Very good work. Just bought a new house, and like many things stuff needs to be replaced. We got in touch, and the sales representatives were really helpful, they did so much, and got us a lot of deals and well as getting our monthly payments within our budgets. We were informed that it would be about 3 weeks out before getting the roof, we actually were able to get scheduled before that, which was great due to heavy storms that were coming in. We loved working with the sales staff from the Charlotte NC store. Craig arrived on time and carefully explained their roofing system and the products they installed. After we got down to the cost Craig then worked with us to find financing for our new roof. Our house didn't qualify for a metal roof and that was fine by me. Our house is very plain and out in the country so keeping the rain out was my main priority. The outstanding warranty on installation and materials sold me. We desperately needed a new roof!
