Roof is amazing and everyone that we worked with were fast, always answered our questions, and were so kind to us. The installers were professional and fast, they cleaned up extremely well on the outside. We only found a handful of the new nails around the house. They even stopped and answered my husband’s questions when he was curious about something. The only issue we didn’t like that they left our attic full of debris and shake shingles. the crew was super polite and caring. They were done and cleaned up in less than 8 hours. Erie reached out to us the following day to make sure everything went well and to ask if we needed anything and did the same a week later. Our roof is looking great and the storm that came through a few days later left no water inside the attic and that’s the best ever! They are A+ in our book.
I think Erie is a very professional company. The sales person that came over looked at things that other contractors didn't look at. He also informed me my attic wasn't properly ventilated , that my roof was starting to leak and that there was other damage I had no idea of. I decided to choose this company to get it done. The final results were great.
The roof was installed quickly and efficiently. The roof looks great. The cleanup looked like they were never here.
