The guys doing the work were courteous. Victor was friendly and knowledgeable when he went over the paper work with us. I highly recommend Erie everyone we came.in contact with were exceptional. Work was done in a timely manner.

We had not planned on finalizing the 'deal ' the night we first talked with Erie. However they answered every one of our questions, helped resolve every one of our reservations but our standards not some smoke an mirrors sales pitch. They lived up to their word.

I really like the product however the job wasn't completed 100% and there were lots of extra nails and screws found. Probably picked up close to one hundred nails around the yard, driveway and street.

They kept me informed on the installation time frame and we’re willing to install on a Saturday. It only took them one day to tear off 3 layers and to install the new shingles
