I purchased a metal roof that’s supposed to be resistant to 2 1/2” hail and 120 mile an hour winds. The job that Erie Homes did on the replacement of the roof was great. I couldn’t tell you if the price I paid for the roof is a good price. I would need to know how much each of the materials cost for the amount of area my roof is. I know that having a roof replaced on a roof about half the size cost about $20,000.00 in Colorado and was a 10 year shingle. I’ve already communicated with Erie Homes about the following issues. I am very impressed by the installation and quality of my new metal roof which has a resemblance to tile! I've even noticed in one of my warmer rooms a cooling effect thanks to the insulating capacity. Clean-up was excellent and I've had neighbors & passers-by asking questions. Of course, I sing the praises!
