As I see Dr. Mowers being promoted more for Endometriosis, I think it's time to share my experience. Dr. Mowers is fantastic, kind, professional and highly skilled. I consulted Dr. Mowers to perform surgery for permanent birth control to replace my arm implant. She suggested a bilateral salpingectomy as opposed to a tubal ligation because she explained a salpingectomy reduces the risk of ovarian cancer. She was thorough in explaining the process, answering all my questions, easing my anxiety and skepticism (this would be my first time under anesthesia) and understanding my needs. Dr. Mowers is a wonderful doctor. She took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed each one in a way I could understand. She listens to her patients. She has helped me in a way I never thought was possible. I can’t recommend her enough.
