Such a beautiful vet clinic. Took my fur baby Theodore here for his desexing. Thanks to Laura for helping me book him and keeping me for stressing about the procedure. Thanks to Shannon and Robyn who held his paw through the procedure and took such great care of him. He was super happy and relaxed when I picked him up. Highly recommend this place.
Our little Murray started puppy preschool there at Erina Heights Vet, although he was asleep for some of the class 😅we thoroughly enjoyed the knowledge that Shannon showed and can’t wait to see Murray come out of his shell. We know that Murray will love coming for visits
We find that all Erina Heights Vet Hospital staff are so friendly, helpful, happy and can't do enough for your pet. They are so professional and it is a great place to take your pet for the best care on the Central Coast.
Cannot recommend Nurse Laura enough! She always takes the extra time and care with our anxious Spoodle, Leo. Treats are always on hand, and she showers him with extra cuddles when he's feeling stressed. Laura's compassion, patience, and gentle approach have made a huge difference for Leo, and we're so grateful to have her as part of our vet team. I had to have my sons dog euthanized which is extremely stressful and heartbreaking. The staff were so compassionate and truly understanding. The nurses stayed with me until the vet was available and made sure that Budah was as comfortable as possible. I was extremely pleased with the service provided by all staff from Reception, nurses and veterinarians. Would have no hesitation in recommending this vet clinic.
